When you place an order with CalacattaTile.Com, your order is finalized once it is submitted and is transferred to our warehouses to be prepared for shipment. Because of this, we cannot change an order after it is submitted. While we can't change your order, there are other options.

We offer free of charge cancellation within 24 hours from the time the order was placed You can cancel your order within 24 hours’ time frame before your order reaches our warehouse for processing. You can cancel your order during that time frame. Simply email to info@calacattatile.com or call at toll free 1 833 422 8453

If you want to add another item to your order, you can place a separate order for that item.

If you wanted to remove an item from your order, our return process makes it easier than ever to set up and manage your return from start to finish.

If you decide to cancel the order after 24 hours since order placement, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the order amount.

There are no cancellations, after the shipment has left the warehouse.

There are a few reasons that might cause your order to be canceled.

It's possible that the store ran out of stock of the item you purchased. As a result, we cancelled your order and issued you a refund.

You may have accidentally entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery address which we couldn't process. You are not charged for cancelled products. If your order, or part of it, is cancelled, you will be refunded for the cancelled products.

The most accurate way to find out when your order will arrive is to track your package. You can do this through the store or using a tracking number.

Please check your spam folder since the confirmation email might be mistaken as junk mail and end up in there.

The order confirmation should be sent right away, but it can happen that there is a delay. If you have not received anything after 24 h, please contact us so we can check that everything is fine with your order.

The freight is calculated automatically for UPS shipments and Common Carrier Residential and Commercial shipments.. Please call us for orders larger than 1000SF or PC to help you get a better rate. Freight also depends on commercial and residential delivery. For residential deliveries, the truck will be equipped with a lift gate usually included with the freight charge. Our residential delivery is CURBSIDE only.

We usually ship within 24 hours for orders placed within weekdays. For orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, the order will be prepared for the next business day. We will carefully select and prepare your order from the same sample batch ensuring ultimate color and vein harmony. After we ship your merchandise we will email you the tracking information if available.

Estimated time of delivery will be 2 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery time depends on trucking company schedules and space availability.

We work with UPS and various common carrier companies to deliver your order. We will wrap your material to protect it against any damage during the shipment. If your merchandise arrives damaged, you should contact us immediately for assistance. Please check your merchandise with the common carrier to make sure that no tiles are damaged during the shipment.
